My next workshop will be 1-3pm on Sat 4th October 2025 in the West End of Glasgow (The Movement Studio, Ashton Lane). We will spend two hours learning about release work, diaphragmatic breathing and Hypopressives postures.

This workshop will be limited in numbers, and costs £30. You will receive a video afterwards to support your learning.
