Hypopressives is taught under supervision, ensuring the technique has been mastered. It is essential that the Apnoea breath is taught by a qualified trainer.

The Core Care offers 1:1 classes in person and online. 2:2:1s can be organised upon request. Block sessions of online group classes via Zoom provide regular lessons and accountability, giving the support and encouragement needed as you work to improve your symptoms.

Introductory Session

Your first 1-2-1 session covers an in-depth review of your symptoms, an introduction to Hypopressives exercises and home-work video to guide you after the session. This might feel like a big step, so I will support you throughout and answer any questions you may have. We’ll cover the breath work and first pose. You’ll learn how to achieve the incredible Apnoea breath. I will show you how adjusting pressure and movement can gently lift your pelvic floor and organs. You will also be welcome to join an online group class.

Session Blocks

Blocks of 6 or 12 tailored sessions allow you to work through the levels of Hypopressives 1-2-1 or 2-2-1 if you’d like to buddy up with a friend, to achieve a full body work-out along with strengthening your pelvic floor. Block booking offers considerable savings on individual sessions. Improvements in your symptoms are continuously tracked and email support is provided throughout the block.

Group Sessions

Group sessions are available online - currently I offer two group sessions weekly, with recordings provided so you can catch up if you miss the live, or just use as homework in your own time. Signing up for group sessions also gives you access to the growing library of recorded classes. Please contact me if you’re interested in learning more.
