INTRODUCTORY WORKSHOP TUES 8PM & FRI 12:30PM
These workshops introduce the fundamentals of Hypopressives. You’ll learn about diaphragmatic breathing, the connections around the pelvic floor and how to perform the apnoea breath hold, if suitable. Once completed, you are welcome to join group classes, and will receive one week’s access to all live classes and video library.

MONDAY EXPRESS IN 15 MINS 12:15PM
On Mondays and Wednesdays join me for quick 15 minute lunch-time sessions - perfect for just before eating, especially on those days when you’re trying to fit everything in, and get a little extra lift for the rest of the day.

TUESDAY EXPRESS CLASS 9AM
In these morning express classes, we focus on a couple of poses. Ideal for everyone - options will be given.

TUESDAY CLASSES 12:15PM 30 MINS
Tuesday classes cover several different poses, and are suitable for all as modifications are available for more challenging poses.

WEDNESDAY LUNCH-TIME EXPRESS/FULL FLOW 12:15PM
On Wednesdays we move through short flows and poses, perfect to fit in to your lunch break. You can choose to do the first 15 minutes, or stay for the whole 30.

THURSDAY EXPRESS CLASS 9AM
Thursday morning express classes are suitable for all. We will move through a couple of poses, or focus on one in depth. A great way to start your day.

ON-DEMAND VIDEO LIBRARY
You’ll have access to a growing library of videos covering numerous lengths and combinations of Hypopressives exercise sessions.
