    MONDAY CLASSES 9AM

    Monday classes are ideal for beginners, as we focus on a pose or two. Also ideal for everyone to get back to basics and perfect your technique for even better results.

    TUESDAY CLASSES 7AM

    Tuesday classes cover several different poses, and are suitable for all as modifications are available for more challenging poses.

    WEDNESDAY CLASSES 9AM

    Wednesday classes are suitable for all, and often include props such as a band, Pilates ball or roller (or towel). Also some light weights if you’re more experienced and want to advance your practice.

    THURSDAY CLASSES 7AM

    Thursday mornings are suitable for all, and cover several poses with lovely flows that get you off to a great start, setting your pelvic floor up for the day ahead.

    On Mondays and Wednesdays join me for quick 15 minute sessions - perfect for just before lunch, especially on those days when you’re trying to fit everything in, and get a little extra lift for the rest of the day.
